U10 success in Thames Valley tournament at Slough HC

An excellent turnout of three full Marlow teams - with many playing half pitch games for the first time - did incredibly well and put into practice our recent training around pace & distance of ball. Bolstered by some strong Y5's we had a couple of convincing wins but most noticeable was some very tenacious hockey by all, strong tackles & genuinely excellent stick work & ball control. Still plenty to work on....roll on the next tournament! Huge thanks to all the parents for great support & stepping in to help where needed. Linda
