Sunday was the first opportunity for our new Year 2 mini's to represent Marlow in a tournament, and what a great example to the club they werre!! In total 17 teams entered from all across the TVL, with Marlow providing 3 teams, all from the year 2 age group. Despite facing some teams who had been playing a year already from the year above the Marlow teams put on a fine display and enjoyed the day very much.

Big thanks to Chappers, Matt Ashton and Susie Insley for taking good care of our 3 teams - and to Henley for hosting an excellent tournament.

Coaches comment "really good progression, effort and sportsmanship. Everyone enjoyed themselves and gave a good representation of Marlow, they should be proud of the way they played, especially against teams that have been playing for a year already."

The next tournament for Year 2's is on Sunday 15th November at Reading University and will be hosted by Phoenix and Ranelagh HC. Please confirm via Pitchero if you would like to play.
