As you know MSC are hosting a mid-summer ball on Saturday 21st June 2014, there are some fabulous prizes on offer, some of which are hockey specific. Have a look at the attached file for details of the live and silent auctions.

Don’t worry if you are unable to attend in person you still have the opportunity to bid for these prizes through the new Marlow Sports Club website www.marlowsportsclub.org.uk or by email using the following process:

Send an email to: auctions.marlowsportsclub@gmail.com
In the subject line: Name the prize you are bidding for – put the lot number
In the message state your best bid. £?,???.??
Provide your contact information:
Name
Affiliation with the Marlow Sports Club – member, friend of member, Marlow resident, etc.
Phone Number.

All of these steps must be fully complete for your bid to be accepted.

Email bids will be closed as of Noon on Saturday 21 June.
If you are the successful bidder, you will be notified on Sunday 22 June.
