Visiting Club Covid-19 Guidelines

Marlow Hockey Club looks forward to welcoming you to Marlow and asks that you comply with the following guidelines to ensure everyone is kept safe within the guidelines set out by England Hockey:

• The changing rooms and showers are not in use. Please arrange playing colours in advance and arrive changed for the game.
• You may only enter the clubhouse to use the toilet facilities. These are available with social distancing rules needing to be adhered to. Only 1 person is allowed in the toilet area at one time.
• You are responsible for submitting your own attendance registers to England Hockey.
• Please could players come with full water bottles, and if possible a spare. An outside water tap is available if required.
• Please can your players, coaches, umpires and any spectators bring their own hand sanitiser for their personal use.
• Due to social distancing we are currently unable to offer match teas, however, should this change we will let you know.
• We are operating a “one-way” system for access onto and from the pitch and we ask that you do not enter the pitch until any previous match has completed and the players exited the pitch. After your game please leave the pitch promptly and as soon as possible after the game.
• Cool down/stretching should be done outside of the pitch.
• Spectators are welcome but we respectfully request that they remain outside of the
pitch area and adhere to the current social distancing guidelines, with a maximum of 6 people in any single gathering around the pitch perimeter.

We assume that all players, officials, volunteers and spectators have undergone a self- assessment for any Covid-19- symptoms prior to arrival at Marlow HC in accordance with the EH Guidelines.

All the usual Covid-19 regulations and England Hockey return to play rules are in place at Marlow HC. A reminder that a maximum of 16 players are permitted on the pitch at any one time.
