Year 2&3 and GoalKeepers (Year 4 and 5) training starts at 9 until 10 a.m.
Year 4&5 training starts at 10.15 until 11.15 a.m
Bouncy castle - available - sunshine permitting.
Refreshments and food available to purchase from our great MSC catering van and facilities.
Games organised by our minis Captain, Megan Ormond and coaches and young leaders and meet our guest EH player too..
Peter Scott will be attending from 9-11am and EH relationship manager, Caroline Baynes will also be in attendance.

Please come prepared to play - must have - gum shield, shin guards, trainers and a stick if possible (we have a few spares). Bring a named water bottle too and bring outerwear depending on weather.
Please remember to take all your items away when you leave.

Parking is not available in the morning due to other EA site works, so either park at Court Garden paying car park or walk or bike in. Please also avoid parking in our neighbours roads as they require access.

Please bring your child to try their hockey -BUT remember to visit our registration tent to give us their name, DOB and a contact number and email BEFORE you go off site anywhere.
You are more than welcome to stay and have some refreshments too and watch your child safely from pitch side along with other parents and family members , BUT remember to give us their name and DOB and your mobile and email at our registration tent on the cricket pitch if you haven't registered previously or if you've previously registered by email then make sure we've marked them as attending at the hockey pitch.

If you would like to register to avoid any queues, then please email carolinehockeymembership@gmail.com prior to 9th September, with your name, your child's name, their DOB and school Year from Sept 17, plus a mobile number and email address. They will just need to be ticked by the coaches pitch side when they get here, saving queuing too.
Our membership from September for the season is £120 per player if paid before 31st October and £130 after that date. This is for all mini and junior players up to age 18.
We would ask if you or a family member are eligible for gift aid that you complete the attached form and post to our Treasurer (address on form) or scan and email to membership, upon receipt we will advise on how to contribute through our new bank account. We have to be strict with this new format to ensure all payments are allocated to the correct players to avoid unallocated amounts and no way to find who's paid!
